Spoil the Call Center Agent in Your Life this Holiday Season
The holiday season is a time to spread cheer. Whether you’re shopping for gifts for the kiddos or getting a necessary gesture of appreciation for coworkers – the fact that gift giving season is upon us can cause unneeded stress just thinking about it. Not knowing what to get someone is probably the worst part of the holidays. Sure, it shouldn’t matter what the gift is – since it’s the thought behind it that counts most – but nothing’s worse than getting stuck with a useless gift you can’t throw away.

One thing to keep in mind as you shop for a call center agent in your life is the long hours they spend on the phone at their desks. Things we don’t typically think about – like a space heater, coffee mug warmer, scarf or sweater can help keep them cozy.
As one recent article notes – there’s also food. You can never go wrong with that. Snacking is common when you’re sitting at your desk for so long. Why not pick up some tasty and healthy treats to store in the desks?
Prolonged sitting also does a number on our backs. Think about a soothing microwavable neck warmer or a chair pad for added back support as a gift for the call center worker this year.
You could also put together an aroma therapy and spa gift set that will help them unwind at home after a long day.
