Prolucent Health Expands Management Team and Board of Directors, Adding Chief Nurse Executive Carol Bradley and Board Member Rhonda Anderson


Prolucent Health®, a leading provider of enterprise-wide healthcare workforce optimization software and services, is expanding its infrastructure with the addition of Carol Bradley BSN, MSN, RN, FAONL as chief nurse executive and the appointment of Dr. Rhonda Anderson, RN, MPA, DNSC(h), FAAN, FACHT, LFACHE to its board of directors. Bradley and Anderson are nationally recognized nurse leaders whose contributions to nursing and healthcare span impressive careers and strengthen Prolucent's market position as a leading workforce optimization company.

Bradly, BSN, MSN, RN, FAONL, brings more than 30 years of progressive leadership roles in healthcare. Prior to joining Prolucent, Bradley was senior vice president and system CNO at Legacy Health in Portland, Ore. where she was responsible for the strategic leadership of nursing care, pharmacy/supply chain, and care management for an eight-hospital integrated delivery system serving Oregon and southwest Washington. Prior to this, Bradley served as a regional CNO at Tenet Healthcare in Santa Ana, Calif.; VP of patient care services at Huntington Memorial Hospital in Pasadena, Calif.; and CNO at Rancho Los Amigos Medical Center in Downey, Calif. Bradley is a past president of AONL, a former editor at NurseWeek, and has published and spoken extensively throughout her career. She is the recipient of numerous honors and awards, including the 2019 Daisy Lifetime Achievement Award. Bradley is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School's Johnson and Johnson Wharton Fellow Program in Management for Nurses, holds a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Arizona, and received a bachelor's degree in nursing from the University of Nebraska.

Anderson is currently president of the American Nurse Credentialing Center, which includes the Magnet Recognition Program® for excellence in healthcare; a principal at RMA Consulting; and serves as a surveyor for Global Healthcare Accreditation. Anderson previously served as CEO of Cardon Children's Medical Center in Mesa, Ariz., a Banner Health hospital. She also served as a JCAHO commissioner for nine years and on the American Hospital Association board of trustees for three years. Anderson is a fellow in the American Academy of Nursing and the American College of Healthcare Executives, and a member of the AHA's Committee of Performance Improvement and ACHE's Programs, Products and Services Committee. She sits on multiple editorial boards, has published extensively, and has received a number of awards for her service to the nursing and business community including the American Organization of Nurse Leaders prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award.
