Anywhere365 Becomes One of Microsoft's First Certified Contact Centers
Microsoft’s (News - Alert) largest Cloud Contact Center, Anywhere365®, has received one of the first official certifications by the Connected Contact Centers program for Microsoft Teams. The announcement follows Gartner’s (News - Alert) recent review of Anywhere365®, further cementing the program’s positive reputation for customers seeking cloud solutions.
"The official certification gives the market a clear picture of which solutions leverage the direct routing and calling capabilities of Microsoft Teams to the fullest extent," said Gijs Geurts, the founder and CEO of Anywhere365®. "I am proud to be working closely with Microsoft on this milestone achievement and honored that Anywhere365® is among the first global solutions to be so rigorously tested and vetted by Microsoft."
The developers of Anywhere365® have made it a priority to go above and beyond the typical functions of automation in call centers, as large organizations continue to migrate away from customer service agents in favor of artificial intelligence. The Anywhere365® CPaaS platform is connected to the Microsoft Azure ecosystem, and is notable for its interaction capabilities that require less dependence on live agents.
According to Microsoft 365 Ecosystem Director Mike Ammerlaan, the certification ensures “ the quality, compatibility and reliability that customers expect from Microsoft-certified solutions.” As more contact center solutions begin to emerge on the market, certifications will give developers the ability to prove their capabilities and features through the rigorous testing that Microsoft Teams require.
