Monet Software Wins WFO Award
Call centers used to be relatively unsophisticated operations. Put a handful of people in a room with cubicles and a few phones, and you’d be all set. But as customer expectations have increased, and businesses have become more sophisticated about how to deliver better customer experiences while controlling costs, new technologies have taken hold in contact center and help desk environments. One example of that relates to workforce optimization.
Organizations can now implement workforce optimization software solutions to help them create employee schedules that better reflect expected demand. WFO also can track key performance indicators, help with training, and monitor compliance and quality. And many WFO vendors now have as-a-service offerings.
Monet Software (News - Alert) is one of them. It offers a solution called Workforce in the Cloud. And Technology Marketing Corp. has recognized that Monet Software solution with a 2017 CUSTOMER Magazine Workforce Optimization Innovation Award.
“We have recently enhanced our suite with a new solution, Monet Workforce Management for Salesforce, that integrates seamlessly with Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud case management systems to provide an advanced omnichannel WFM solution directly from Salesforce,” said Chuck Ciarlo, Monet Software CEO. “In addition, we will release our Next Generation Cloud WFO platform in the coming months to continue our industry thought leadership and leapfrog the competition.”
The 2017 CUSTOMER Magazine Workforce Optimization Innovation Award recognizes vendors that are advancing the call center, CRM and teleservices industries. TMC CEO Rich Tehrani (News - Alert) commented: “On behalf of both TMC and CUSTOMER magazine, it is my pleasure to honor Monet Software with a 2017 Workforce Optimization Innovation Award. Its Workforce Optimization solution has proven deserving of this elite status, and I look forward to continued innovation from Monet Software in 2018 and beyond.”
