avocis Deploys Altitude uCI to Improve Multi Site Campaign Management

Effective campaign management helps organizations to reduce costs, increase revenue and optimize best practices to better serve their customers. To improve marketing efficiency and achieve an improved return on investment, recently avocis, a communications service provider in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, deployed the Altitude uCI solution. The company has begun to utilize this solution in order to improve campaign management and monitor activity across its various contact center sites.


Altitude Software (News - Alert), a company deeply rooted in the contact center technology space, has revealed that its uCI solution will enable avocis employees to take advantage of predictive analysis capabilities and help them to design advanced, effective and much more consistent plan campaigns.

 “The flexibility and low total cost of ownership of Altitude uCI™ enabled us to build standard services integrating our existing developments and frameworks”, stated Michael König, information systems director for Germany, avocis, in a statement. 

Currently, avocis has 6,500 employees working in Germany, Switzerland and Austria. Altitude uCI will be ideal in this location as it powers cross-site monitoring tools and can extrapolate campaign parameters with ease.

Altitude Software is working with Adato, avocis’ IT services company to deploy Altitude uCI as a consolidated platform to analyze and improve the way avocis manages agents complete outbound intraday work.

“You can compare this system with a fire alarm. It reports problems, while the site manager decides how to respond to it appropriately. It’s all about managing the campaigns in the sites, anticipating issues and having a consistent view on the overall activity,” König added.

The Altitude uCI solution was first used by avocis back in 2007. Now as the company’s business needs are increasing, it will be leveraging the Altitude uCI contact center suite with the Altitude vBox, Altitude’s SIP-based communications solution. Altitude uCI is touted as improving multi-site campaign management in organizations by offering enterprise functions like customer service, help desk, collections, telesales and surveys.
