M. Steves Picks Order Management and Call Center Services from Merkle's Subsidiary
Merkle, a provider of customer relationship and call center management solutions, announced that M. Steves, a Maryland-based company that offers skincare products for women, has selected Merkle subsidiary Response Management Group (RMG) to provide order management, call center and fulfillment services.

Under this partnership, RMG is offering a comprehensive order processing via phone and on M. Steves' web site along with customer service support, product inventory management, and picking, packing and shipping of orders.
