ISI Telemanagement Wins Compliance Partner Award

Verint Systems Inc. has named ISI Telemanagement Solutions (News - Alert) its North America Compliance Partner of the Year. The recognition, part of the 2018 Americas Partner of the Year and Rising Star honors, was presented at the Verint (News - Alert) Engage Global Customer Conference in Dallas.


“The Verint Americas Partner Awards Program provides an opportunity to recognize our network of global partners for their outstanding contributions in helping organizations simplify, modernize, and automate customer engagement, and achieve key strategic business objectives,” says John Bourne, senior vice president of global channels and alliances at Verint, which provides customer engagement optimization; security intelligence; and fraud, risk, and compliance solutions. “Our partners continue to be a strategic part of our business, and we’re delighted to congratulate this year’s partner of the year and rising stars honorees on their outstanding accomplishments.”

ISI Telemanagement Solutions is a Schaumburg, Ill.-based business that provides unified communications management solutions. That includes collaboration recording, speech analytics, telecom audits, telecom expense management, and UC reporting and analytics.

Asim Aleem, president and CEO; Darek Latawski, vice president of marketing and sales; and Chris Welch, channel sales manager, from ISI were all at Verint Engage last week talking about how ISI’s Unified communications Management Solutions can help companies manage and optimize UC interactions, drive adoption, enhance productivity, and lower expenses. Most specifically, they presented ISI solutions that can bridge the UCCX gap with real-time visibility and customizable reporting, capture and optimize usage of collaboration technologies across an organization, and ensure optimal video and voice capability. Plus they explained how ISI Telemanagement Solutions allow organizations to gain visibility into customer and employee interactions across the enterprise, optimize Cisco (News - Alert) hunt group customer experience across different business units, and satisfy regulatory compliance and mitigate risk.
