ISI Sponsors 5K Fundraiser for Children's Hospitals

The company’s dedication to providing a solution that benefits such a wide variety of industries shows that it care about all different kinds of people.

This past weekend, ISI combined its dedication for improving healthcare and children’s lives. The company, located in Schaumburg, IL, sponsored the fifth annual CDW UC Fun Drive 5k Run/Walk yesterday. The event benefits the Lurie Children’s Hospital, a member of the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.

The Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals raise funds and awareness for 170 member hospitals that provide 32 million treatments each year to kids across the U.S. and Canada. Since 1983, Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals has raised more than $5 billion, most of it $1 at a time through the charity’s numerous event. Its various fundraising partners, such as ISI, and programs support the not-for-profit’s mission to save and improve the lives of as many children as possible.

According to the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals’ site, “Donations stay local to fund critical treatments and healthcare services, pediatric medical equipment and charitable care.” So, in this case, ISI’s sponsorship helped directly impact the lives of countless children in Illinois.

Quite a bit of money was raised during the event, making it a success for everyone involved. Although call accounting software may not have been involved during this event, ISI’s dedication to helping others still managed to come through loud and clear.
