ISI (News - Alert) Telemanagement has just released a new service pack for its Infortel Select call accounting and reporting solution.
Infortel Select captures Call Detail Records (CDR) from telephone systems to report on telecom usage, telecom costs and employee activity. It supports collection and processing of CDR from all telecom sources to create a consolidated report and analysis of a company’s entire voice network. It uses a web interface to provide authorized users access, and comes with customizable dashboards, an exhaustive menu of pre-defined reports, and an on-demand traffic analysis tool.
Service Pack 5494 brings a number of improvements to the already strong call accounting platform.
Some of the improvements that come with the service pack include an enhancement to the required constraints and scheduling tabs of report publisher to include the country, the GMT offset for the time the report is to be generated, and Daylight Savings Time (DST) choices as part of the specific and relative date options, according to the company.
The email merge tab of report publisher now also includes replaceable parameters as part of the subject line of a report. This can include level names and level codes, as well as an option to select a replaceable parameter and put the choice in the subject line in brackets. This is useful for situations where managers want an email report that might read, “Monthly Summary for [Department Name].”
The service pack also improved the Call Handling Summary by Hour report in the report publisher. It now gives users information on the percentage of answered calls, as well as the percentage of calls forwarded to voicemail.
The Transferred Calls Report has the ability to provide information on calls answered by an attendant console now, too.
Strengthening its support for the latest PBX (News - Alert) platforms, additionally the service pack adds eight new filters to its already large list of supported PBX platforms and carrier feeds.
Any business currently using Infortel Select will want to upgrade their system with this latest service pack. ISI says that customers can upgrade by visiting their web site and opening a support ticket requesting the service pack upgrade.
