Soft-ex has joined the Telecommunications Expense Management Industry Association, TEMIA (News - Alert), the authoritative voice for telecommunications management, telecom expense management (TEM), wireless expense management (WEM) and mobile device management (MDM) solutions providers.
“We look forward to working with the TEMIA and its members to ensure that global corporates continue to recognize the imperative of working with professional partners in order to maximize the return from their investment in telecoms assets. Maintenance of professional standards is essential to ensure continued growth of the addressable market and we look forward to contributing to this process,” said Ian Sparling, CEO of Soft-ex, in a statement.
Soft-ex is a supplier of telecom data intelligence (TDI) SaaS (News - Alert) solutions that provide unique online data intelligence for Communication Service Providers (CSPs) and their enterprise customers for fixed, mobile and PABX communications.
“I welcome Soft-ex as a new member,” said Joe Basili, managing director for TEMIA.
Basili said that with its headquarters in Ireland and offices in the UK, the Netherlands and Scandinavia, Soft-ex brings different experiences and points of view.
“This will help TEMIA as we work from a global perspective to establish best practices for the betterment of customers seeking to maximize their return on investment in TEM, WEM, mobility and telecommunications management,” he said.
Back in October, the Telecom Expense Management Industry Association had announced that Network Control has joined the association.
Network Control is a California based telecommunications management corporation founded in 1998 with a large Operations center in Waverly, Iowa. Network Control acts more as an internal telecom team to its clients.
Earlier in October, telecom expense management software and services firm Valicom had announced its membership in TEMIA. Delivering excellence in telecom and wireless management since 1991, Valicom has always strived to be a leader in bringing expertise and technology to the market. By joining TEMIA, it can better help shape the future of the TEM industry and educate mid-market to enterprise size firms on the benefits of a strong telecom management program.
