GoTo Unveils New Features to Streamline Business Communications and IT Management

In terms of security, GoTo strengthened its tools, devices, and company data protection with mobile device management, endpoint protection, admin permissions, and Azure Active Directory Sync. These measures aim to bolster security and proactively address cyber threats.

For improved user efficiency, AI-powered features have been introduced, including Disruption Free Unattended Access, expanded Linux support, webcam zoom, and an AI-enhanced script generator. These enhancements are designed to streamline processes and simplify tasks.

When it comes to customers, GoTo now provides new data visualizations, such as Interaction Details, SMS Health Dashboard, and Conversation Review. These tools empower organizations to gain insights, discover opportunities, and make better-informed decisions.

Finally, GoTo has integrated critical tools like Microsoft Teams, Miro, and Bitdefender, fostering collaboration, enhancing security, and providing cost savings and increased productivity.
