The service allows enterprise IT teams to hand over the management and support of their Teams Room solutions to AVI for optimal performance. With more than 30 locations across the US, AVI also provides unlimited remote and on-site support to customers to further enhance their meeting experiences.

Microsoft Teams is the most widely used collaboration platform globally, with more than 270 million users. AVI provides audiovisual and unified collaboration solutions and has helped customers deploy over 22,000 Teams rooms worldwide.

This service is backed by its Microsoft solutions division, Magenium. This division is only available to a limited number of partners who use Microsoft's multi-tenant portal. With MTR Pro Advanced, customers can receive faster response and resolution times, more data insights, and have access to Microsoft's engineering team through escalation paths.
