Vertex and OneBill Partner to Help Businesses Streamline Communication Taxes

Tax rates in the telecommunications industry tend to fluctuate significantly and this makes it harder to manage them. Now, with a direct integration to Vertex, OneBill customers can get real-time tax rates based on their geographic location and help reduce the chances of an audit.

This is one of the biggest customer pain points that the company hears about, OneBill Founder and CEO, JK Chelladurai, said.
