NTSCOM Reels in Dubber for Unified Recording Solution

The Microsoft Operator Connect partner also automates direct routing and Operator Connect capabilities for carrier-hosted session boarder controllers, on-premises SIP trunks, or bring-your-own SBCs, carriers and operators.

NTSCOM set out to find a solution that further enhances its customer experiences. To do that, NTSCOM chose Dubber, conversational intelligence and unified recording platform for service providers and their customers.

Dubber, with its broad installed base spanning heavily regulated industries such as the government, education and healthcare sectors, ensures regulatory mandates are met and the insights contained revealed with its compliant conversational intelligence.

The agreement is for Dubber to further elevate NTSCOM offerings to automate conversational intelligence and unified recording, extending its ability to bring innovative solutions to Microsoft Teams.

For example, through the agreement, NTSCOM is utilizing Dubber's existing integration for Microsoft Teams via iPilot, which offers a single pane of glass view and control of an organization’s global communications infrastructure.

Dubber services are already deployed into major enterprise accounts such as TD SYNNEX and Konica Minolta.
