Logitech's Newest Webcams & Headphones Designed for Hybrid Workers

Even before the pandemic shut downs of 2020, future-ready businesses were using technologies that keep employees – remote, hybrid, and office-based – connected with each other and their customers. Many companies that had never considered these technologies were forced into using them during the pandemic lockdowns and, now with most workplaces reopening, the realization is many of the pandemic-induced workforce changes are here to stay and the majority of business have shifted to a flexible, hybrid style of working.

To support this new way of working, Logitech has introduced a class of webcams and headphones for hybrid workers bringing them business class quality and comfort for home use. The two new product lines, the Brio 500 webcams and Zone Vibe headphones, provide enterprise-grade quality audio and video experiences that can be used at home.

These products address a pain point in the market: More than 89 percent of remote employees said they struggle with using their current webcams for efficient meetings. Problems like unflattering camera angles, poor lighting conditions, and field-of-view limitations all make utilizing the technology harder than it should be. With the new Brio 500 webcams and Zone Vibe headphones, these challenges are removed for users.

“Many remote and hybrid workers are still under equipped and grappling with pre-pandemic era solutions,” said Scott Wharton, general manager of Logitech Video Collaboration. “Our innovative new genre of Brio webcams and Zone Vibe headphones answer the call of modern workers who need business-grade quality, style, and affordability for work and play.”

The Brio 500 series (Brio 500 and Brio 505) come in a stylish new design and color options and include new features, like Show Mode so users can share sketches or other physical objects on the desk. They feature a mounting system and built-in sensor so the camera can be tilted down or can flip an image so it’s always in the correct orientation for video calls. They also feature RightSight technology to frame the user and correct poor lighting.

The webcams are also compatible with popular video conferencing platforms like Google Meet, Zoom and Microsoft Teams and can easily be managed by IT admins.

The new Zone Vibe series (Zone Vibe 100, Zone Vibe 125, and Zone Vibe Wireless) are wireless headphones available in graphite, off-white and rose colors. They are designed with all day wear and comfort in mind and feature a lightweight over-the-ear headphone and soft-to-the-touch knitted fabric and memory foam.

Logitech has also committed to sustainability efforts with the new product series which are certified carbon neutral and use plastic parts that are certified post-consumer recycled plastic.
