Kensington Adds Pro Audio Solutions for Professional Video Conferencing

Conferencing solutions have risen in popularity over the years for enabling communications from anywhere. After the pandemic shutdowns of 2020 these offerings have been catapulted to the forefront of necessary technologies in the workplace to foster productivity and connected experiences for workers and colleagues located anywhere. To improve the solutions offered for professional users, Kensington, a desktop computing and mobility solutions provider has announced a new Universal 3-in-1 Pro Audio Headset Switch (K83300WW) and H1000 USB-C On-Ear Headset (K83450WW).

The new offering expands the capabilities of its Kensington Professional Video Conferencing Solution and perfectly complements its own portfolio of webcams, video conferencing software, and lighting and mounting accessories.

The goal is to provide professional work teams an integrated experience that they can customize and optimize to meet their own needs while boosting productivity.

With the Kensington Universal 3-in-1 Pro Audio Headset Switch, users no longer need to have multiple headsets to use with their different devices. It can be used with up to three different devices and connects seamlessly for a smooth transition between devices with multiple connection options, inclduding Bluetooth, USB-C, USB-A, and 3.5mm.. Users can also take calls, join meetings and mute calls or listen to music using the switch. It’s compatible with popular video conferencing applications such as Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Zoom, and Cisco Webex.

The Kensington H1000 USB-C On-Ear Headset offers an advanced audio experience for the professional user. With a noise-canceling microphone, LED indicator for “busy” and options for  better call engagement. It’s great for all-day wear, it features a lightweight on-ear design and  a 6-foot, tangle-free nylon braided USB-C cable. A directional noise-canceling (DNC) microphone also lessens any distracting sounds in the background from keyboard clicks to nearby voices for clear communications experiences.
