etherFAX Brings Secure Document Delivery to Microsoft Teams

To make it possible for Teams users to send and receive faxes, etherFAX has announced an enhanced integration with Microsoft Teams.

The new DirectFax Messenger offering makes it possible for users to securely send & receive business documents, faxes, and more. The data is transmitted in high resolution and can be sent to traditional fax machines or other apps in the etherFAX ecosystem.

The messages are sent through etherFAX’s Secure Exchange Network (SEN), which uses its patented hybrid cloud-based Infrastructure-as-a-Service solution for 100 percent secure communications.

The move to include faxing capabilities within Microsoft Teams is an aim at boosting employee productivity levels as it removes the need to move through different applications throughout the day or have redundant documentation. Now they can do it all right through Teams itself.
