Thryv Platform Now Includes Google Business Messages

To help SMBs offer messaging experiences for customers, Thryv has announced a new integration with Google’s Business Messages. The partnership will help to streamline communications between small businesses needing inbound contact options.
Google’s Business Messages offering makes it possible to have mobile chat experiences with customers. The mobile conversational channel adds entry points on Google Maps, Search and via brand websites making it easy for customers to find the contact method and use it to communicate with the company.
For the recently announced integration, Business Messages was added to Thryv’s real-time, centralized inbox which creates a single thread of communication regardless of the applications used to chat.
The inbox enhancement was added to its platform last year and allows for any conversations had via webchat, email, text message, Facebook and Instagram messenger apps or Google messenger to be stored within the CRM contact’s file in a centralized inbox.
