Theta Lake Expands Security and Compliance Integration with RingCentral

Collaboration security and compliance solution company Theta Lake has expanded its integration with RingCentral to include a free version of its Security and Compliance Suite. The new native integration offers advanced search and archiving features with the goal of helping businesses better preserve and supervise all RingCentral MVP communications.


The new integration includes RingCentral voice, video, team messaging, SMS, faxing and additional features. It also covers the RingCentral Global Service Providers platform, which encompasses AT&T Office @ Hand, Avaya Cloud Office, BT, Telus, Unify Office and more.

As a RingCentral Premier Partner, Theta Lake offers customers efficient and affordable services including compliance review, supervision and archiving of large volumes of RingCentral recordings. The new expanded integration uses Theta Lake's AI-based compliance and archiving technology to provide RingCentral's MVP customers with access to free advanced security and compliance across all recorded content.

The new integration modules also feature additional paid offerings, including a Theta Lake for RingCentral app, which provides archiving, an archive connector and supervision for messaging, SMS, faxes, voice and video. eDiscovery and search capabilities enable customers to span hundreds of search filters and metadata, along with free-form text searches across spoken voice transcripts, screenshares and shared electronic and written files and documents.

Other paid features include a comprehensive capture for messaging, video, SMS, fax and voice and audio conferencing. AI-based surveillance of recordings automates risk detection and data leakage while also supervising agents' calls and alerting businesses of HR violations. The new modules also provide seamless connectivity to legacy email archives and cloud storage systems, including AWS and Azure.
