Nextiva Intros NextivaONE Enhanced Partner Program

Cloud communications company Nextiva has announced it’s stepping up its support for channel partners and customers with an enhanced partner program, NextivaONE. The program will deliver enhanced support and help partners grow their UCaaS and CCaaS customers and revenue.

Built for partners of all types, the new program provides support, ease of use, flexibility and value so they can keep pace with the always changing markets and grow their portfolios and revenue streams with Nextiva solutions. More importantly, they can do so using their own sales formats.

The new NextivaOne partner experience helps to reduce the time from first call to delivery thanks to a self-serve partner portal where they can collaborate directly with Nextiva’s specialized channel team and get access to tools to succeed. In addition to a new easy to use portal, partners can also create and submit quotes, register deals and get automatic approvals to close deals faster.

“Every partner has their own strategy for gaining and growing customers. NextivaONE emphasizes flexibility to allow partners to win business the way that works best with their model, and puts dedicated support behind them at every turn,” said Marc Stein, Global Vice President of Sales and Nextiva Channel Chief.

Other new features that expand on the existing Nextiva partner program include access to training modules from new business and technical training, to support and administrator platform training as well as implementation and support training for Nextiva products - and more.

“NextivaONE embraces Nextiva partners as an extension of the Nextiva team, with the commitment to invest in their customers to ensure they get the best experience and the signature Nextiva Amazing Service,” said Stein.

NextivaONE also includes beta access to their newest products and dedicated team members assigned to partners for concierge-level, end-to-end support. Marketing support and a new Market Development Funds (MDF) to help build awareness, drive leads and win new business.
