Cloopen Enters Agreement to Acquire Zhuge

Chinese cloud communications solutions company, Cloopen Group Holding Limited (Cloopen) recently announced it has entered an agreement to acquire intelligent data solution provider, Zhuge Inc. ("Zhuge").

The deal is set to officially close by the end of December 2021, but is still awaiting the completion of pending closing conditions. Although official financial details have yet to be disclosed, both Cloopen and Zhuge have agreed to a cash/issued shares transaction.
