Avaya Expands Business Capabilities with CTIntegrations Acquisition

Cloud communications company Avaya recently announced the acquisition of CTIntegrations, a Texas-based software developer focusing on contact center solutions and system integrations.


With CTIntegrations now in the mix, Avaya will now be able to offer customers new digital capabilities for Avaya OneCloud™, offering customers a comprehensive suite for all contact center needs.

The acquisition of CTIntegrations seems to be a natural fit for Avaya, not only due to the similar elements of each company’s business focus, but also because of a positive working relationship that both have maintained in recent years.  CT Integrations has been a member of the Avaya DevConnect partner ecosystem, demonstrating a proper understanding of the Avaya platform and the specific needs of the customer base.
