Coca-Cola Europacific Utilizes 8x8 CPaaS for Secure Mobile Business Operations

Global beverage giant Coca-Cola recently announced the company’s Europacific division in Indonesia will be taking advantage of 8x8’s CPaaSSMS API, in order to boost security features for Coca-Cola Europacific Partners’ B2B application, Klik Toko.


CCEP Indonesia has been undergoing a digital overhaul in an effort to improve front-end operations for the region. The company recently developed Klik Toko, an in-house business-to-business app built specifically for Indonesian business clients. To create a more secure application, 8x8 Inc. developed a multi-factor authentication system and password service to protect data and block potential attackers.

Shortly after the Kilk Toko was launched, CCEP reported success with customers, finding the platform to be a useful resource for maintaining strong  communications for business dealings. With the added protections introduced thanks to 8x8, customers can use the application with added peace of mind that confidential information will not be compromised.
