Cloud communications provider Infobip has announced that the company’s Platform-as-a-service (PaaS) is now available on Microsoft Azure.

The company has recently been working closely with Microsoft through its Consultancy and Technology Partnership arm to bring omnichannel capabilities to B2B and enterprise business operations. The latest addition will provide customers with a full range of solutions for marketing, security, authentication, and customer support.

“Microsoft offers a path to connect directly with customers, share leads with Microsoft and other partner sellers, and differentiate their expertise to drive positive customer outcomes and mutual revenue.” said Chris Weber, Corporate VP, Small, Medium and Corporate Business at Microsoft

Infobip’s latest features on Azure include omnichannel customer support, an automated customer engagement program called “Moments”, as well as an AI powered chatbot for support services. The partnership between Microsoft and Infobip hopes to increase demand for these solutions, and provide businesses with new opportunities to expand and increase productivity.

“This collaboration is more than about creating a wider reseller network or reach a bigger client base or simply bigger clients – of course it does help with these goals– rather it’s also about providing a more open and integrated arena to power digital customer experience as we enter the hyper-connected era of 5G.” added Infobip CEO Silvio Kutic.
