Airtel Launches Airtel IQ, Cloud Omni-Channel Communications Platform

Airtel already serves over one million businesses with its integrated portfolio of connectivity, cloud, security and collaboration, and data center solutions. Big-name companies in India have already signed up for the offering in the beta phase.

For the Indian enterprise communication segment, company officials say the new release is a “game-changer” as it requires only a slice of code to be embedded within a business communications service, from voice to SMS, IVR, and other applications on desktop and mobile.

Last month, Airtel announced the launch of Airtel Secure, a suite of advanced cybersecurity solutions to protect business customers in India, which ranks fifth globally when it comes to cyber-attacks and fraud incidents.
