The cloud is one of the loudly sung heroes of coronavirus pandemic, as it continues to keep business operations afloat in this new virtual world. With the workforce mandated home, cloud communications is the best way to bring the functionality of the office phone to the workspace of your choosing.

Today, AT&T and Cisco announced Webex Calling with AT&T. The service makes the transition to cloud communications easy, ensuring secure and reliable connectivity via the AT&T network.

Webex Calling with AT&T delivers instant access to team collaboration, business calling and meetings to businesses with 25 seats and larger. The newly unveiled service provides free on-network calls, unlimited U.S. domestic toll calling and 1,000 minutes of toll-free calling. SIP trunks underpin the offering, as an easy way to integrate voice and data.

Available as of today in the United States, the new service aims to support businesses with a reliable network, easy deployment, flexible pricing and robust features.

"In an instant, businesses are being confronted with business continuity and remote workforce challenges head-on. Until now, many haven't needed the expertise or capabilities to keep critical operations moving in this situation," says Rich Shaw, vice president, Voice and Collaboration for AT&T Business. "During a time when 'the office' is more disparate than ever, Webex Calling with AT&T gives businesses an affordable, flexible tool for staying connected to customers, partners and employees during uncertain times."
