October 24, 2019

Hosted phone service provider Carolina Digital Phone has been offering communications solutions that reduce costs and increase operational efficiency for businesses.

The company recently announced it completed an installation for Rose Oil Company in North Carolina that included installations at the company's headquarters, administrative offices and 25 convenience stores owned by the company. An additional 25 Shell Food Mart stores are also slated to be completed by the spring of 2020.

Morgan Watkins, Executive Administrator at Rose Oil Company commented on the new hosted phone system saying, "The hosted phone system installed by Carolina Digital Phone has helped us in so many ways, both in our administrative offices, and in our convenience stores located throughout the region. Their customer service and quick response is a plus and a rarity."

With a hosted VoIP phone system, it's easy to get up and running and employees across all locations will have access to communications tools whether they’re using a desktop phone, mobile device or softphone on a computer browser.

Using the company's proprietary softphone app via a cell phone brings the business phone to a mobile device and receiving and placing calls at any time, from anywhere.

Features such as automated call answering and call routing solutions are also beneficial for a bustling business like Rose Oil Company which includes both a fuel division where fuel products are sold and delivered for commercial businesses and farmers as well as the convenience store chain in North Carolina.
