Converged Technology Professionals announced a new partnership with RingCentral, naming the cloud communications company its primary UCaaS provider. The UC and technology solutions provider adds a preeminent UCaaS platform into its arsenal, as recently Gartner named the solution a Magic Quadrant Leader for the 5^th year running.
