Arkadin Supports Modern Workplaces with New Cisco Webex Calling Offering

Today’s workplaces are smarter and more efficient than ever. To help large and medium sized businesses with their calling and collaboration needs, Arkadin recently announced it has launched a Cisco Webex Calling offering so that customers can have access to global PSTN telephony. The new offering is being launched via Cisco’s BroadCloud PBX technology and under the Webex brand.




With Cisco Webex Calling, a cloud-based, communications solution, customers get access to a robust line-up of calling features in a business-ready bundle. This also makes transitioning to the cloud at their own pace possible.

The offering is set to first launch in EMEA, will be followed by release in America and then Asia Pacific.

Cisco Webex provided by Arkadin goes beyond what’s typically offered with a other vendor’s solutions to also include: Advanced fraud management, Billing customization, Dedicated reporting for CCA Audio, and more.
