RingCentral, PCM Partner to Bring Cloud Communications to Businesses US & UK

April 18, 2019

Cloud communications in the enterprise have brought innovation and helped to lower costs across the board. These technologies are also connecting businesses on a global level and helping them to drive the team collaboration needed to succeed.

To help larger businesses in the U.K. and the U.S. continue to reap the benefits of cloud communications in their workplaces, RingCentral announced it has partnered with PCM, a tech solutions provider, in a bid to further expand its reach into more channels.

PCM is trusted by businesses large and small to design, implement and manage UC solutions that drive growth. Its customers span various verticals from state, local and federal government clients to educational institutions and more across the U.S., Canada and the U.K.

Paul Harrold, vice president of the collaboration practice at PCM, commented on the partnership with RingCentral and the benefit it will bring to its customers:  “We’re excited to partner with RingCentral as we continue to build out our UCaaS and collaboration go-to-market portfolio.”

Today’s workforce needs strong collaboration tools that drive productivity to accomplish their daily duties. By offering these technologies to employees businesses support necessary growth and thanks to the clouds scalability, can continue to grow as needed while keeping investments in check.

“The tide has shifted and enterprises are moving away from their legacy on-premises systems to cloud communications solutions for increased mobility, more robust collaboration capabilities, and global scalability. We look forward to working closely with PCM as they enable their enterprise customers’ sales teams to be cloud-first,” said Zane Long, SVP of global channel sales, RingCentral.

Earlier this month, RingCentral announced the appointment of Godfrey Sullivan to Board of Directors, a move that company officials say will help strengthen the company's leadership goals for the cloud communications market and push into the global enterprise market.
