VoIP solutions provider Grandstream has been wildly successful for just about two decades now offering business user’s high quality VoIP services and solutions to take communications capabilities to the next level.

Now, thanks to a newly announced partnership with Alloys, a specialist distributor in Australia, Grandstream will be able to reach further into this market with their offerings.

Alloys has been offering value-added IT services to the market in Australia for over thirty years. As a valued distributor, this new partnership with Grandstream will help boost the VoIP solution providers customer base in the area and provide even more businesses with the reliable and secure communications needs they require to compete in today’s competitive market.

“We see Alloys as an ideal distribution partner to further expand our presence in Australia through their established reseller channel across the Automation, Security and IP Telephony markets,” said Ben Miall, Grandstream’s National Sales Manager of Australia.

“Alloys brings extensive value-added offerings to their reseller channel and prides themselves on being an innovative and non-traditional distributor.”

With the distribution provider, enterprise and small-to-medium size businesses will gain access to in-house training, technical help, sales and marketing support for resellers. Alloy also has multistate warehouses and showrooms Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide and Brisbane where customers and resellers can go see product demonstrations and speak with specialists to for personalized product help.

Andrew Rubin, Business Manager at Alloys commented, “We have seen an increased popularity of IP phones and VoIP systems over the last several years and we believe that the combination of our distribution model with Grandstream’s VoIP solutions will bring significant value to this market.”

Earlier this month, Grandstream made headlines when it announced the introduction of new DECT IP phones: the DP730, and DP722 DECT IP Handsets as well as the DP752 DECT Base Station. These solutions have been added to their product line-up and promise to deliver long range wireless coverage, extended battery life, push-to-talk options, and more to mobilize a VoIP network.
