Considering the growing demand for voice and data communications in businesses, the deployment of business VoIP solutions is a logical next step. A number of companies are selecting business VoIP as their communications platform due to the low cost advantages and technology enhancements.

As competition in the VoIP market increases, VoIP equipment and solutions providers are devising strategies to extend the reach of their products and services to customers.

In one such development, GetVoIP, a directory of residential and business VoIP providers, in partnership with Grandstream, has announced a Summer Giveaway for a pair of IP Phones.

The contest gives VoIP users in the U.S the chance to win a pair of Grandstream GXP2200 Enterprise Multimedia Phone for Android. The contest kicks off June 1th and runs through June 21st.

To participate in this contest, all users need to do is follow GetVoIP.com on its social media outlets (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, and/or Google+; and submit a VoIP user review to the website.

There will be only one winner, meaning he/she will take both phones. The winner will be selected at random and announced via GetVoIP’s & Grandstream’s social channels.

Grandstream, which is sponsoring the contest, not only supplies the prize devices but also ships it directly to the winner.

The GXP2200 from Grandstream, a manufacturer of IP voice/video telephony and video surveillance solutions, is an ideal business VoIP desktop featuring the Android operating system 2.3, an impressive LCD touch screen, dual Gigabit network ports, integrated PoE and Bluetooth, and a slew of third party applications.

The VoIP phone delivers the flexibility required in today’s business environments. It optimizes user-friendly navigation through numerous flexibility and customization options as well as offers greater interoperability with most third party SIP-based devices, IP PBX, and major IMS platforms.

“The GXP2200 is an Android-based business phone that brings user familiarity and the power of mobile technology to the desktop,” said Phil Bowers of Grandstream Networks, in a statement. “We’re happy to partner with GetVoIP.com on this promotion and look forward to giving readers an opportunity to experience the feature and application-rich GXP2200 hands-on.”
