Inflow Communications, a provider of business phone systems and video conferencing solutions, recently acquired Ketchum Integration, a San Francisco-based VoIP phone system provider.

The acquisition enables Inflow Communications to expand its consultation, installation and follow-up support services, while the seamless integration of VoIP phone systems from Ketchum Integration enables the company to provide a single and multi-site VoIP installation.

Inflow specializes in ShoreTel VoIP business phone systems with unified communications capabilities and other business communication technologies including network infrastructure and HD video conferencing.  Although the company already has offices in Oregon and Washington,  it has been powering strategic consultative services and installing ShoreTel VoIP business phone systems since 1997.

It has even won ShoreTel’s Outstanding Customer Achievement Award for 2012, and is a Top 30 ShoreTel partner based on customer satisfaction reporting. Inflow received overwhelmingly positive reviews from survey respondents who gave the business VoIP provider a 98 percent overall satisfaction rating based on questions focusing on Inflow Communications level of customer service, consultation and technical support.

“With this expansion, we have improved our ability to service customers in and around San Francisco and ensure they receive the same level of support our customers in Portland and Seattle enjoy,” said Inflow Communications President, Travis Dillard, in a statement

In another recent development in the industry, Nextiva, a provider of business VoIP systems, was highlighted last month as the Platinum Level Choice Partner by Polycom.

The Polycom Choice Partner program was developed with the goal of rewarding companies within the unified communications industry who go above and beyond expectations to serve a wide customer base. Platinum status is only given to organizations that show measurable success in addition to continuously build upon a high level of credibility in the market.
