Best VoIP Service Provider Launches Nextiva Business vFAX Product Study

Nextiva, a provider of business VoIP services has revealed that Best VoIP Service Provider, which provides business VoIP reviews and articles on the best VoIP service providers in the industry recently unveiled a product study of Nextiva's products and services.


According to a press release, the products reviewed include Nextiva’s online fax solution, Nextiva vFAX. Designed for small businesses, Nextiva vFAX enables businesses to save around 80 percent on their traditional fax service bills.

The business VoIP provider offers affordable plans that start at a mere $4.95/month for 500 faxes. The company offers special packages to heavy uses. For example, if the usage exceeds 500 fax pages on the $4.95/month plan, they pay 3 cents per page.

If clients buy Nextiva's 1000 fax page/month plan, users can pay a total of $155.40 for the entire year, or $17.95/month. If clients purchase the 3000 fax page/month plan, it'll cost their business $359.40 for the entire year, or $34.95 per month, the business VoIP provider said.

In addition, the company’s service is offered with no contracts or termination fees.

"Nextiva also allows you to keep your current fax machine. All a user needs to do is purchase their fax bridge adapter and faxing via their fax machine is ready to go," said Ross Green of Best VoIP Service Provider, in a statement. "Nextiva is one of the only online fax service providers that offer this."

According to Best VoIP Service Provider, Nextiva's vFAX service also offers unsurpassed flexibility, enabling clients to send and receive faxes from anywhere as long as there's an Internet connection, including faxing via a smartphone.

With Nextiva's vFAX, users can print and send faxes from Microsoft applications, such as apps in Office, in just two clicks. The user-friendly interface is a new to the industry, according to company officials. Also, users now have the ability to send fax in multiple formats like Adobe Acrobat PDF format, or .TIF.
