VoIP Innovations, a provider of business VoIP solutions, has expanded its VoIP termination footprint and service offering for Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) providers.

“Over the last six months, the business VoIP provider has invested a large amount of capital and human resources on their short duration (dialer) and standard duration (conversational) termination products”, said Nick Medina, VP of business development at VoIP Innovations, in a statement.

“The company has also deployed a new proprietary Least Cost Routing management software solution, invested in additional switching equipment and added over a dozen new carriers to our routes”, Medina added.

VoIP Innovations has been offering business VoIP solutions for several hundred Hosted PBX and calling card providers, carriers and resellers that currently offer VoIP service.

According to a press release, VoIP Innovations has adopted a unique business model that makes it different from traditional carriers, as the company offers their own termination routes as well as routes from dozens of the top US and Canadian termination carriers.

“By doing this, we are creating a least cost rate deck for our customers and reducing the pain associated with managing multiple carriers,” Medina added. In addition to the aggregation benefit, VoIP Innovations’ large traffic volume allows them to provide a more competitive pricing model than most clients would get directly from those carriers.

The business VoIP provider has earned the recognition as one of the nation's largest short duration termination providers, also known as dialer or predictive traffic.  The company has invested in the infrastructure to add capacity to meet the growing demands from clients. The expansion will now allow several of their dialer clients to have a virtually unlimited amount of concurrent call sessions, the company said.

To address the concern related to network infrastructure and voice quality, the company is looking for additional high quality VoIP routes. VoIP Innovations recently deployed proprietary software which provides better route and pricing management.

By choosing the correct termination carrier/partner, businesses can succeed in the ever changing voice over IP world, according to VoIP Innovations. With a number of emerging players, it has become increasingly harder to decipher the real players from the “two guys and a free switch” player.

VoIP Innovations, according to company officials, has quickly earned a reputation as a high-stand business VoIP provider for offering a carrier class termination service that rivals the large telcos.
