MegaPath, Inc., an end-to-end communications networks provider restructured after the MegaPath-Speakeasy-Covad merger, announced today, at ITEXPO West, its limited-time free Cisco SPA 303-3 IP phone promotion. New customers purchasing unlimited or global Hosted Voice calling plans, with a minimum of five lines, will receive IP phones for all employees. As part of MegPath’s post-merger integration, it is offering common products, pricing and promotions across all three company websites.

To learn more about the offer, visit ITEXPO exhibitor booth 506, or attend the “Putting Quality Back into Voice” session on Oct. 6. James Aleman, director of Sales and Engineering for MegaPath, will be co-presenting on the growth of converged voice solutions.

MegaPath, not only an advocate for converged voice solutions, is removing the remaining barrier to VoIP adoption and upfront costs by offering free phones. Speakeasy successfully implemented a similar promotional program this year, increasing customer inquiries by 40 percent.

Bruce Chatterley, president of Business Markets for MegaPath, praised the Cisco SPA phones showcased, and their design for growing, tech-savvy businesses. MegaPath has a long-standing relationship with Cisco, providing Cisco-powered MPLS nationwide network-based solutions for more than 10 years.

MegaPath additionally is enhancing the functionality of its Hosted Voice calling plans with new productivity-enhancing features, as well as adding Instant Group Call for an additional fee, allowing users to instantly set up a conference bridge for up to 20 telephone numbers.
