Starting tomorrow, Pegasystems, a company specializing in business process management (BPM) software solutions, will co-present with Infosys (News - Alert) Technologies, one of its partners, at the International Conference on Warranty Chain Management.
The conference, which will be held from March 15-17 in San Diego, will give corporations, small and medium enterprises (SMEs), and developers the opportunity to meet and discuss business trends. Many different companies will be present at the conference, including groups that work with electronics, automotive and aerospace as well as service providers.
Pegasystems (News - Alert) aims to provide BPM software to some of the world’s largest companies to help them achieve “new levels of agility, enhance customer loyalty, generate new business and improve productivity,” according to the company.
The BPM software company will join Infosys Technologies at the conference to host an interactive presentation about the warranty claims management process. During the session, participants can compare their warranty management strategies with that of leading organizations.
Dr. Setrag Khoshafian, vice president of product marketing and BPM technology at Pegasystems, and Sudripto De, principal of new markets and services at Infosys, will deliver the session called, "How Agile (News - Alert) Is Your Warranty Claims Management Process?"
The session will help participants: manage policy and procedure changes to dynamically define the level of automation required in warranty claims management processes; integrate people, processes and operations to drive improved warranty performance; develop business affinity with partners through responsive communication and seamless visibility throughout the entire warranty chain, and trigger continuous and speedy improvements in warranty claims processes, according to a release.
Infosys also partners with Cordys, a leading BPM product vendor.
Recently Cordys, a leader of BPM software whose mission is to improve customers' business operations with world-class, process oriented software, issued a white paper that examines the habits of smart companies and how they leverage BPM software to pull ahead of their competitors. This is done by focusing on sustainable competitive advantages, driving aggressive innovation and mastering operational efficiency. Those businesses that cannot keep the pace end up paying the price by buckling under the market pressure.
