By Juliana Kenny, TMCnet Web Editor

The ITEXPO (News - Alert) West 2010 has already seen some exciting news with NACT Solutions’ announcement of a series of partnerships and product enhancements that will enhance value proposition for the company’s clientele as well as boost it’s overall portfolio.

Introducing these new developments at the ITEXPO West 2010 on October 4 in LA, NACT (News - Alert) will occupy booth #236 where its representatives will debut the new product enhancements along with VinciSoft, who has recently partnered with NACT.

Following the recent announcement of the release of VinciSoft Class 4 softswitch in September, NACT has added new Class-5 capabilities that it has added to VinciSoft with features that include voice mail-to-e-mail functionality, DID numbers, follow me service, point local access, and others. VinciSoft’s Class 4 softswitch provides services such as call routing, Session Border Controller capabilities, billing, and client management. With the addition of NACT’s Class-5 features, VinciSoft’s solutions now help service providers create more successful route plans, provide better, more efficient customer service, and ultimately achieve their ideal revenue goals. Additionally, NACT will announce that its VoIP Future offering is now the official commercial carrier softswitch of the FreeSWITCH project.

Arnie Goodstein, president of NACT Solutions stated, “We have the largest installed base of any company in the prepaid telecom industry, and we continue to add value, by providing our customers new features that help them make money.”

NACT will also reveal its new Virtual Gateway (News - Alert) solution, which is currently in Beta testing. This solution simplifies and lowers the cost of the system as the company has essentially eliminated much of the proprietary hardware. The Vinci Prepaid Platform has also been upgraded by NACT including international top up and prepaid texting.

The announcements continue to unfold as a new software version (V-3.3.0) of STX and IPAX is also available with services including enhanced memory allocation as well as streamlined customer service support on maintenance agreements.

NACT’s new partnership with VoIPFuture (News - Alert) is sure to bring promising results for both companies including new voice services monitoring capabilities. NACT is now the exclusive U.S. and Canadian distributor of VoIPFuture’s services, and VoIPFuture’s executives will join NACT’s representatives at its ITEXPO booth to demonstrate the benefits and latest improvements on the voice quality of VoIP services.

As one of the leading providers of prepaid application solutions, NACT is sure to ‘wow’ us at the ITEXPO this week. Don’t miss this exciting opportunity to check out all of its new developments!

Held Oct. 4 to 6 in Los Angeles, ITEXPO is the world’s premier IP communications event. Don’t wait. Register now.
