Premiere Global Services Introduces Interactive Notifications

To provide enterprises with a solution for building stronger customer relationships, Premiere Global Services introduced Interactive Notifications.
 
Interactive Notifications is an enhanced voice messaging solution that allows companies to reach out to their customers with specific, targeted messages.  The notifications can be set to specific business rules and includes professional voice talents, for consistent messages that generate high responses. Voice recognition capabilities also allow for the capture of responses and feedback.
