Mobile telecommunications specialist Nokia
two new 3G slider phones, the Nokia (News
) 6700 slide (pictured below) and Nokia 7230, a lucrative model specially brought out for design conscious consumer looking to make style statement.
Both the models that are expected to become available in the first quarter of 2010, comes in various fresh colors, with innovative imaging features, offering quick access to popular social networking communities.
The Nokia 7230 sports a compact slide design, colorful look and solid set of features including standby for over 14 days and offers four hours talk time. MP3 and AAC ringtones are supported and the FM radio will keep the tunes rolling.
It comes with a large 2.4” display and is connected with Nokia Messaging on board, easy access to sharing snaps to Ovi, Flickr and Facebook (News
) and 3G for fast data transfer. Photos can be easily captured with 3.2-megapixel camera with dedicated camera button whilst a light alert will let one know when there is a new message or call.
Aluminium, pink, petrol-blue, red, lime and purple are the colour choices on offer for the Nokia 6700 slide, with smart capabilities such as 5 megapixel camera with Carl Zeiss optics that is perfect for capturing and sharing moments as they happen.
It allows users to edit favorite images on the go and uploaded to the web directly from the camera menu and comes in compact size, modern design and aluminum finish feels great in the hand, and fits perfectly even in the smallest pocket or bag, says the company.
The device also offers high speed 3G connectivity to connect to all favorite communities.
Nokia 6700 slide is priced at approximately 240 Dollars before taxes and subsidies, and 150 Dollars before taxes and subsidies for the Nokia 7230.
