Able Planet Debuts Telecom Headsets Equipped with LINX AUDIO Technology

By Nathesh, TMCnet Contributing Editor

Able Planet has unveiled two new telecom headsets, the Clear Voice 200 and 300 equipped with the company’s LINX AUDIO technology. The company has stated that the products will offer small business users exceptional quality and clarity and can help them manage multiple communications with a single device.

Able Planet (News - Alert) designs and manufactures audio and communication devices for individuals with All Levels of Hearing.

"Small and mid-sized businesses are increasingly more global and looking for ways to save significant expenses in this very tight economy," said Able Planet's chairman and CEO Kevin Semcken. "Our new Clear Voice headsets make it both easy and affordable for businesses to take full advantage of telecom solutions like VoIP, where the cost savings to business can be tremendous. And they can do so with measurable improvements in voice recognition capabilities and sound quality."

The new Clear Voice headset products uses Voice over Internet Protocols (VoIP) to blend with other technologies and systems. They can be connected to any standard phone systems and the built in microphone has the ability to cancel out external noise. Both the headsets come with adapters for easy PC to telephone transitioning and have high levels of user comfort.

The headsets feature Able Planet’s LINX AUDIO technology that not only provides access to audio and communications devices for people with hearing loss but also preserves hearing by allowing users to turn it down without compromising rich sound.

LINX AUDIO technology gets the sound of the word and makes high frequencies that enhance the sound quality and speech clarity of the word. It then increases the perception of loudness without increasing the volume. Its higher clarity will make listeners turn the sound down to preserve hearing. Unlike usual audio products LINX also reduces the harsh sounds.

Officials say that LINX AUDIO was originally developed to make hearing aid devices but the company expanded the technology into a popular audio and communication devices. Now their technology has won over twenty awards and incorporates the award-winning innovation in all products.

The Clear Voice TL200 mono Telecom Headset retails for $79.99 and the dual Headset TL300 is $89.00 and will be available in mid-December.
