Casio Releases YouTube Friendly Cameras

Those who are habitual users of YouTube (News - Alert) who post regularly on the well known video sharing Web site have more reasons to cheer now. According to a report from Digital Lifestyles, Casio is releasing two Exilim cameras packed with YouTube compatible features. These two cameras are the Casio Exilim EX-Z108 and the Casio Exilim EX-V8.



 
Casio Exilim EX-Z108 is packed with features like Best Shot function, High-sensitivity shooting mode (up to the giddy heights of ISO 6400). All this can be seen on a 2.6-inch bright widescreen LCD display for ease of taking the pictures. At a reduced 2.0 megapixel resolution, you can get a maximum seven-shot-per-second high-speed continuous shutter.
 
Priced at $280, the Casio Exilim EX-Z108 five different colors and advanced technologies like blur reduction and ISO sensitivity. If your hands shake while taking the picture, this camera has an Anti Shake DSP to reduce the damage caused by the blur.
 
The company claims that with its long battery life, you can take up to 370 shots per charge.
 
Priced at $330, the Casio Exilim EX-V8 is an 8.1 megapixel camera with 7x optical inner zoom lens. YouTube enthusiasts can switch to a ‘YouTube Capture Mode’ with the 2.5-inch bright LCD display and make some really good movies in H.264 standard. The phone is equipped with “YouTube Uploader for Casio” software and this makes uploading videos to YouTube little bit easier. If you are not a pixel conscious person, you can take a maximum of four shots per second but at a reduced 2.0 megapixel resolution.
 
The camera is covered in a sliding lens cover and you can get it in either silver or black.
 
With social networking sites and video sharing Web sites getting more popular every day, companies are coming up with gadgets that are tailor-made for the leading Web sites. Social networking sites like MySpace already have gadgets that specifically let users to make and receive calls to one another.
 
Recently, even Microsoft (News - Alert) enabled its Windows Live Messenger on popular social networking site Bebo as the company discovered that more than 90% of Bebo users use Windows Live Messenger.
