TierOne Networks, a tenant of telx ( News - Alert), has expanded its Ellis County Wireless Internet Service Provider (WISP) mesh network delivering improved signal quality for existing customers.
Kevin Weaver, CEO TierOne ( News - Alert) said that making the new site operational creates the beginning of sustainable hyper-growth for TierOne and unprecedented broadband access for rural customers in Ellis County, Texas.

According to Bill Kolman, executive vice president of Sales for telx, their Dallas facility represents one of their fastest growing interconnection points for service providers, ISPs, content providers and enterprise customers.
Kolman said that their goal to provide physical proximity to and from the most providers within their facilities is further realized through TierOne's selection of telx in Dallas.
