Xing Lin Medical Information Technology Company has announced that it has “repositioned” itself as the key provider of WiFi ( News - Alert)- and RFID- based medical information digitalization system to the healthcare sector in China.
This repositioning has been facilitated by the acquisition of Sunny Chance Limited, which was completed in early October.
Xing Lin Medical Information Technology is also placing 5,000,000,000 new shares to investors at the placing price of $ 0.013 per share with CLSA as the placing agent. Formerly known as Brilliant ( News - Alert) Arts Multi-Media Holding Limited, the company has renamed itself “Xing Lin Medical Information Technology Company Ltd.”
The repositioning is proof the healthcare reform underway in China. It is expected that from 2009 to 2011, an additional $124.476 billion will have to be spent on building a safer and more affordable healthcare system for China's 1.3 billion citizens.
Xing Lin Medical Information Technology designs, custom-builds and leases MIDS systems and equipments to client hospitals. MIDS integrates real time data capture, identification and verification into the medical process, which in turn facilitates higher efficiency, accuracy and reduces the risk of accidents at client hospitals.
