Wireless Ronin Technologies, a Minneapolis-based digital signage provider, recently announced the completion of a digital signage menu board installation at the Anaheim Convention Center.
The RoninCast powered digital menu boards were deployed throughout the convention center in order to completely update the facility before the start of the Major League Baseball All-Star Game and Fan Fest, which was held in July. Utilizing the RoninCast software, ARAMARK, the Anaheim Convention Center’s exclusive dining and catering partner, designed and implemented 18 digital menu systems.
The Anaheim Convention Center’s food and beverage managers have the ability to update the stock keeping unit (SKU), promotion data and the price, while the health and network management is managed completely by the Wireless Ronin’s network operations center (NOC (News - Alert)) engineers.
Wireless Ronin Technologies’ flagship product RoninCast software provides an end-to-end solution to address the evolving digital signage market issues. Wireless Ronin offers a suite of services to completely support the RoninCast software, including installation, consulting, creative development, training and project management. The RoninCast software allows its clients to manage their digital signage networks from one central location and provide turnkey solutions in the process by facilitating customized distribution of network management, database integration, and playlist creation and scheduling.
Digital Signage ensures that the content always stays fresh and up to date. It reduces the deployment costs significantly, almost making them nil, and the message updates are instantaneous. Wireless Ronin basically replaces the static POP with the digital signage to enhance the marketing message, making the poster, store fronts, and signs come alive and hence more attractive to customers.
Digital signage has already proven to be the ideal solution to increase sales and advertising. It catches 10 times the customer’s eye as compared to the traditional static signage, and 70 percent of the brand decision are made by the customer while in the store. At least 50 percent of the POP is never implemented in-store. The Digital signage is 100 percent complaint with the RoninCast software, and can increase the advertising ROI significantly.
"Our work with ARAMARK on this installation extends two important themes in our business. First, it represents another successful engagement with a marquee client, ARAMARK,” said Scott Koller, president and COO of Wireless Ronin. “Second, Wireless Ronin's success at the Anaheim Convention Center, Xcel Energy Center and Lucas Oil Field solidify our reputation as the 'go to' provider for stadium menu board systems using RoninCast proprietary technology that ensures effective mission critical implementations."
