Webinar - Large Enterprises are Benefiting from Hosted Unified Communications

It may seem somewhat obvious at this point, but for a variety of reasons the cloud has put new vigor into unified communications (UC) adoption, and to some extent the reverse can be argued as well.

In addition, the benefits of hosted UC early on were identified by small and medium businesses (SMBs) as capabilities they needed to compete with in a global economy. However, they were not justifiable on financial grounds if the SMB had to operate and maintain on-premises solutions. It is why the SMBs have lovingly been described by industry observers as “the low hanging fruit” for hosted communications of all types.

While the cost savings of hosted are compelling for SMBs, the large enterprise market has been a bigger mountain to climb.  There has been fear that migration could be disruptive on a host of levels including potentially creating problems for IT and end users alike. The realities are that not only does this not have to be the case, it is not now, and leading edge large enterprises already have moved or are in the process of moving their UC functions to the cloud.

In fact, if you are a large enterprise communications professional, and are interested in understanding why moving UC to the cloud should no longer be a question of if, but rather one of how fast, the webinar, “Why Larger Businesses are Moving to Hosted Communications,” on Tuesday, July 8 at 1 p.m. EST/ 10 a.m. PST, is something you will want to participate in live if at all possible.

You are invited to join me, Russell P. Markman, Executive Vice President, Business Services, and   Jim Mundy, Manager, Sales Engineering, Fusion, as we delve into the value to large enterprises moving to the cloud, and why in essence, “The only thing you have to fear is fear itself.”

Fusion is a hosted communications solutions provider and the session is designed to highlight not only why it’s important for large businesses to understand the benefits of moving their network to the cloud but also how it can ultimately lower capital requirements while providing real time-to-market advantages.

Topics to be covered include:

  • The products/services and features Hosted UC covers
  • The unique benefits of hosted communications for larger organizations and enterprise
  • Why all hosted communications providers aren’t created equal
  • Real-life example of a large enterprise who has successfully moved their enterprise communications to the cloud.

The use cases for large enterprise movement of UC to the cloud are demonstrating the extraordinary value, and the webinar presents a rare opportunity to ask the experts directly about your concerns as you evaluate next steps.  I hope you will be able to join us.
