Webinar - Fonality's New Pricing Package Stands Apart from Competitors'

When it comes to business phone systems and contact center solutions—even those geared toward small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs)—there are a lot of options in the field. Finding a way to distinguish one operation from the hordes of potential competitors in the field is a tall order. Fonality (News - Alert), meanwhile, may have found a way to do just that, thanks to a whole new pricing plan that will likely make many think twice about a current provider in exchange for Fonality.

Fonality's new price structure is specifically geared for customers that have 25 users or more, and provides all of Fonality's available services for just $40 per use per month. This not only gets customers access to cloud services, but also opens up the option of on-premise deployment, and all for that same price. This offers a much easier package for SMBs to get behind, making the overall deployment and continued operation of said systems run a lot smoother, and with much less supervision, which in turn saves money by allowing employees to focus on more productive work. Plus, it's a boon to agility in SMBs; should an expansion be welcomed in, or a cutback prove to be necessary, there's minimal overhang in terms of excess licenses and new licenses can be picked up rapidly.

All this is great by itself, of course, but SMBs considering such a route are likely also concerned about the kind of features that Fonality can bring to the table. Fonality has a robust line-up of features on hand for SMBs to take advantage of, including an array of high-end call management features like professional voice recordings via Snap Recordings, the ability to customize voice prompts on the auto-attendant menu, visual voice mail and transcription services, and more. Of course, it goes on from there as Fonality also offers conferencing and collaboration tools, as well as tools specifically geared toward issues of mobility. Fonality can even offer up desktop phones at no additional cost, unlimited domestic calling (though this is subject to certain rules), remote installation services and more.

Fonality has a lot to offer for SMBs, and if that weren't already clear, it will be made even more so at Fonality's upcoming webinar, titled “Putting Unified Communications (News - Alert) (UC) to Work for SMBs.” Set to run Thursday, Sept. 26 starting at 2 p.m. Eastern time, the webinar will examine how UC can be put to work in SMBs, with a particular focus on opportunities presented by same and pitfalls to watch out for, as well as five key considerations when it comes to picking a UC solution.

Not only does Fonality offer quite a bit in the way of powerful tools for businesses, but it's also looking to offer up valuable information for these same businesses. That's giving companies plenty to both work with in the short term and think about in the long term, and with Fonality offering what amounts to an industry first in pricing as well, makes the company a very prime target for those looking to step into the next level of communications technology.
