Webinar - Phybridge Unveils VoIP Enabler Especially for Small Businesses

Phybridge (News - Alert) Inc. recently unveiled the Phybridge PoLRE LPC, a Power over Long Reach Ethernet 8 port switch. The reach of Ethernet and Power over Ethernet, over a single pair of voice-grade copper wire, offered by the PoLRE data switch family is 400 percent more as compared to the conventional Ethernet switches.

Exclusive single-pair Ethernet and strong power capabilities are brought together by the PoLRE switch in order to deliver an extremely dependable platform for implementing IP Telephony. Small businesses and distributed enterprise can advantageously utilize their specific voice infrastructure and convert it into an IP path with power.  A repeatable, scalable and expected implementation experience is offered as the voice point-to-point infrastructure is normal across all the locations irrespective of the size.

In a statement, Oliver Emmanuel, founder and president of Phybridge, said, "As pioneers of 2-wire Ethernet technology, we overcame network design challenges and introduced many innovations in creating the PoLRE switch. Simplicity and robustness are at the core of everything we do here. Long reach and PoE capabilities, plug-and-play deployment, and low power consumption are all characteristics of our PoLRE LPC switch."

Small businesses and distributed enterprises can now shift to a hosted or premise based VoIP in a rapid, simplified, affordable and a non-disruptive manner with the PoLRE LPC 8 port switch. Apart from getting rid of the local area network hurdles, the PoLRE LPC switch produces an extremely sturdy LAN platform for IP Telephony.

John Croce, CEO of Phybridge, said, "We are excited to bring the PoLRE LPC switch to market. There is tremendous interest from leading IP Telephony hosted and premise based vendors. We see the LPC switch as the missing link for many hosted VoIP providers allowing them to create an end-to-end solution with the ideal LAN backbone supporting the IP phone requirement. The PoLRE 8 port switch eliminates many of the local area network barriers to VoIP migration allowing for a quick, easy and risk-free way to migrate to IP Telephony. The plug-and-play switch allows customers and hosted VoIP providers to create a completely separate LAN leveraging the existing, proven reliable voice infrastructure ensuring a great user experience."

On October 15, at 2PM ET, Phybridge is offering a Webinar, "Game-Changing Switch Innovation, Eliminating IP Telephony LAN Barrier," that will take a closer look at ways to eliminate LAN barriers and confidently migrate to IP Telephony as well as offer information on the differences between desktop convergence and central convergence.
