Webinar - Chat Translation Provider Lionbridge Offers Tips on Transitioning Call Center Agents into Global Communicators in Recent Webinar

Geofluent supports multilingual communications in all of the world’s top languages used on the internet and because it’s SaaS (News - Alert)-based, there is nothing to install or upgrade.
Yvonne Cekel, vice president of SaaS and communities, Lionbridge spoke about when a U.S. retailer is looking to expand internationally, margins in retails are extremely thin so in most cases the biggest obstacles to expanding internationally is the labor and upfront capital investment. This process can be extremely costly and time intensive, however with Geofluent, organizations can enable retailers to expand without any required costs typically associated with new facilities, hiring and staffing. Instead, the company can simply utilize their current group of employees and it expand it when needed, based upon increasing demands. This approach not only reduces overall expenses, it dramatically improves the bottom line.
