Webinar - Panasonic to Host Three-Part Webinar Series about SIP Communications via the Cloud


In just a few days, a three-part webinar series sponsored by Panasonic (News - Alert) will kick off, exploring the benefits of SIP communications for small and medium sized businesses via the cloud.




Panasonic, a company that delivers solutions for communication, collaboration, security and productivity, offers a complete suite of offerings that address home and business communications, security and surveillance systems, retail information systems, office productivity solutions, and high definition visual conferencing.

The first webinar, titled “The Benefits of SIP Communications via the CLOUD - A Primer for Small and Medium Sized Businesses” and taking place Sept. 8, will explore the advantages of SIP communications via the cloud and how technological advances have made cloud solutions a very feasible reality for SMBs.

The topics covered include: how SIP enables advanced capabilities that improve efficiency and reduce cost enabling; how SIP communications via the cloud works; what are the business benefits of SIP via the cloud; how to tell whether SIP via the cloud is right for your business; and how to get started with SIP through the cloud.

Michael S. Chase, Panasonic’s national manager of SIP Endpoints, will lead the first webinar. Chase, who has been working in the telecommunications industry for more than 23 years, is a “hands on” telecommunications professional, according to company officials, who has owned his own Interconnect Company in Florida and worked with two of the largest and most reliable manufactures of telephony equipment.

The series continues on Thursday, Sept. 22, with the second part, titled “The Benefits of SIP Communications for Small and Medium Businesses in the Pure IP - Open Source (News - Alert) environment.” The series concludes on Tuesday, Oct. 4, with “Exceeding Expectations - The Power of SIP Communications for Small and Medium Sized Businesses.”
